Key Responsibilities:
- Plans and organizes daily routine: lead follow-up, work with prospective customers, confirmation of outstanding delivery dates and times
- Maintains current product knowledge, benefits and features for comprehensive sales presentations
- Adheres to company delivery procedures to ensure delivery of vehicle and positive customer experience
- Conducts sales demos and walk-around videos for any internet leads
- Follows up on Leads, follows up with referrals daily
- Maintains files on all sold and prospective customers
- Maintains a working knowledge of all products for sale
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or Customer service environment
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers to truly understand and meet their needs
- A positive, team-oriented mindset—you're someone who contributes to a fun and supportive atmosphere, even in a fast-paced, ever-changing market
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Google Workspace and Monday.com; familiarity with dealership management software is a definite asset
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to provide a clean Driver’s Abstract
